Booster Juice is looking for an **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our growing team at our **Edmonton, AB Head Office**. This **full-time, in-person** role is your chance to be part of Canada’s original juice and smoothie bar, where fresh ideas flow just as smoothly as our premium drinks.

**What you'll do**

As a key member of our **accounting and finance team**, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial transactions are accurate and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Full-cycle accounts payable**: Process invoices, match POs, and ensure payments are made on time.
- ** Vendor relations**: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies like a pro.
- ** Payment processing**: Prepare payments via cheque, EFT, and wire transfer with precision.
- ** Employee expenses**: Process and reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports.
- ** Organization & Compliance**: Maintain accurate records, issue POs, and ensure all approvals are in place.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to keep financial processes running smoothly.

**What You Bring**:

- ** Education**: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
- ** Experience**: 2+ years in a similar accounts payable role.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; Sage 300 ERP experience is a plus
- ** Detail-Oriented**: You have an eagle eye for accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Organized & Adaptable**: You thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- ** Team Player**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
