**Electrical Estimator - Commercial Construction (Vancouver, BC)**:

Kato Electrical is a **progressive, performance-driven commercial electrical contractor** on a mission to scale from **$10M to $20M+ in annual revenue over the next 2-3 years**. We’re looking for an experienced **Electrical Estimator** to help fuel this growth — someone who’s relationship-oriented, technically sharp, and thrives in a fast-moving, results-focused culture.

**Your Role**:

- **Build & maintain relationships** with key General Contractors — with a focus on **negotiated and CM-at-risk work. Bring your current clients**:

- **Lead accurate takeoffs and costing** for commercial and institutional projects ($500K-$5M+)
- Manage **RFIs, addenda, scope clarifications**, and bid submissions
- Engage and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive material pricing
- **Deliver clean handoffs** to the project management team and support early-stage project KPIs
- Track bid results, feedback, and **win/loss analytics**

**Your KPIs**:

- **Bid Volume**: ~$50M+/year in qualified opportunities
- **Hit Rate**: 20-30% across negotiated and hard-bid work
- **Revenue Awarded**: $10M+ annually
- **GC Relationship Score**: Develop 3-5 recurring GC accounts within 12 months & annually
- **Bid Delivery**: 100% of bids submitted on time, with scope clarity

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
