- Develop labour breakdowns, material lists, and complete project budgets
- Support pricing for change orders, small projects, and service work
- Conduct occasional site visits to verify on-site conditions
- Participate in improving internal estimating templates, processes, and cost databases
- Review contracts for onerous clauses or risk concerns
- Support minor project financial performance and on-site involvement when needed
- Collaborate closely with operations, project managers, and field teams on scheduling
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documentation
- Electrical trade certificate, engineering degree, or electrical technologist diploma
- Strong attention to detail with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Accubid or Platabid experience required
- FSR A or B certification is an asset
- Experience with high-voltage or preventative maintenance work is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$100,000 – $130,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities
You'll also enjoy an exceptional benefits package, including:

- Life insurance, critical illness, and additional coverage options
- Annual Education Allowance
- Generous Referral Program
- Free access to an on-site, fully equipped gym
- Local discounts for restaurants, fitness, retail, and more
- Friends & Family rates across hospitality brands within the group
- A fun, collaborative team culture with regular social and team-building events
- Downtown office environment with transit-friendly access
- Support for travel or cross-office collaboration through the larger development group
