Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in or around Vancouver, BC, overseeing and managing all electrical projects across British Columbia.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple residential and commercial electrical projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, engineers, and site teams; managing schedules, budgets, and resources; reviewing electrical designs; and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with electrical codes and company standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership or project management role, with at least 3 years in electrical project leadership
  • Strong proficiency in electricity, electrical contracting, and electrical engineering principles
  • Proven experience managing residential and commercial electrical projects across multiple sites
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and scheduling
  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings, design, and implementation
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage field teams, subcontractors, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
  • Red Seal certification or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with energy-efficient and low-voltage systems is an asset
  • Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Punjabi language skills are a strong asset
  • Willingness to travel as required across British Columbia
