We are Reliable Electric, a custom residential and commercial electrical contractor based out of the North Shore. We have been in business for 33 years and are currently growing our team of over 50 employees. We are looking for an Electrical Estimator that can join us immediately in a role estimating and pricing commercial, residential, and multifamily projects.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will work with our clients to confirm project specifications, then evaluate the specifications, elevations, and drawings to create an accurate cost estimate for projects. You will then create and present the proposal to our clients and handoff landed projects to a Project Manager. To be considered, you must be a red seal electrician that has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**About You**:

- Minimum one year of relevant estimating experience.
- The ability to build a comprehensive product and takeoff list for an entire building.
- In-depth understanding of the BC Electrical Code.
- Experience with Procore.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and experience with estimating software an asset.
- Team orientated - only the most fun, most engaged and most supportive people fit in.
- Lastly, if you have the knack for it, we will provide the support and training you need to excel in the role.
- You have extensive experience in commercial and multifamily projects and you would like to be trained in estimating.
