Design Product Manager

**Job Title**: Design Product Manager - Remote

**Role Overview**:
The Consumer Experience Design (CxD) team is looking for a Product Owner to drive the design and technology roadmap of our Design System and user experiences technology initiatives like accessibility, visual language and new experience concepts. You will play a vital role in forging and leading the design system technology roadmap for our team of Product Designers and Design Engineers spanning all of McAfee’s products, marketing and customer experiences. You will partner cross functionally and cross company with engineering managers and product managers for strategic alignment, bring everyone together around the common goals to uplevel the quality of McAfee’s Customer Experience and increase the shipping velocity of our teams.

**About the role**:
You will lead McAfee’s Design System and customer experience innovation initiatives and help protect over 25M customers across all of McAfee’s portfolio of customer interactions

You will work closely with your Engineering and Design partners on defining

You will operate like the founding member of a startup to build a business from idea to reality leading and engaging with internal and external customers

You'll work across product management, design, research and engineering teams and 3rd party partners, to align on strategic goals, customer outcomes and business objectives through an agile development process

**About you**:
You understand architectural and technical requirements for building scalable, global-ready services

You have proven skills in leading products from strategy to execution

You have strong financial and business skills with proven experience delivering business cases and advocating for investment

You set big objectives with clear KPIs for measuring success and have a consistent track record of overachieving

You have good interpersonal skills with an ability to independently capture, distill, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior management

You have an ability to professionally handle challenging situations such as customer escalations

You're passionate about building user-centric, customer-focused experiences that unify platforms and products

You have excellent project and time management skills to not lose focus on execution quality
