**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Support financial tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with medical or dental staff to facilitate patient interactions and maintain records in a medical office setting.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and assist with inventory management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations.
- Experience in a medical office or as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for financial record keeping is advantageous.
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
