**Office Assistant**

**Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations**:

- Answer phones, take messages, and return messages
- Answer calls from outside sales reps
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents
- Be familiar with all company policies and procedures
- Make copies or prepare documents for distribution
- Maintain contact lists
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or owner

**Skills**:
