**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Enter orders that are provided directly from customers and sale representatives
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in using phone systems with strong phone etiquette skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge - Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Entry Level Data Entry (min 1 year required)
- Fast typing skills with accuracy
- Fluent in English

**Work is on site and no option to work remotely.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)
