Kayo3PL / Kayo Express is looking for a motivated National Sales Manager to aquire and find new clients for our 3PL, freight brokerage, customs brokerage and parcel shipping divisions. This role is 100% commission based with unlimited earnings potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends in the technology sector
- Demonstrated success in driving business development and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions for improving sales performance
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value to customers
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales activities
