Boutique lifestyle, celebrity, sports, restaurant/hospitality, and entertainment public relations firm seeking to add an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our PR firm

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be comfortable consistently engaging with Influencers that have an appropriate number of followers and looking through the comments of larger influencers within a specific industry/market to find users who might also classify as influencers. This position requires a lot of follow up and follow through to secure Influencers for specific events.
- Must have exceptional research skills in order to effectively research the Influencer’s followers to help identify other Influencers and include them in your outreach.
- Develop a list of local/relevant hashtags using the following programs to help identify users
- Must be able to effectively do a general Google search, identify local businesses, landmarks or places of interests associated with the market/industry of your client. Using the location marker feature, search through users who have tagged that location to help identify new influencers. I.E. If we are tasked to find art influencers in Chicago, we might want to look at users who have checked-in/used the location marker for galleries in the city.
- As you engage on social media platforms, support the social media team by sharing information on industry leads, trends, partners, events, etc.*
- Execute and develop influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Ideate new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Liaising with PR team and leadership to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels/industries.

**Requirements**:

- Must be proficient with Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Facebook
- Agency experience a plus
- Must have a proven track record of social media engagement with Influencers
- Must have excellent attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- Must have excellent writing/ reading comprehension skills
- Must be well organized and good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work well under pressure and fast-approaching deadlines
- Demonstrated track record in outreach campaign strategies
- Expertise of social media marketing industry
- Strong understanding of budgets/cost allocation within the Influencer Marketing space.
