We are a high-growth CPG company seeking a full-time Influencer and Practitioner Marketing Manager to lead the heart of our brand's connection with wellness leaders, content creators, and conscious retailers. This is a fast-paced and exciting role-perfect for someone who is strategic yet hands-on, driven by both data and intuition, and ready to thrive in today's rapidly evolving influencer and practitioner culture.

THE COMPANY

Queen of the Thrones is a fast-growing CPG brand built around one ancient, powerful oil: organic, cold-pressed castor oil. We specialize in clean beauty and wellness rituals, selling both DTC (Shopify, Amazon) and B2B (natural health food stores, beauty studios, wellness practitioners, and yoga centers). Founded by Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND, our mission is to help people reconnect to their bodies through ritual-believing that from seed to skin, you can bloom your sacred within.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

COMMUNITY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

- Manage daily operations of our influencer and affiliate programs via GoAffPro & LoudCrowd including application review,

approvals, and outreach.

- Track and report on program metrics, ROI, and engagement monthly.

- Oversee and manage the full program budget, including:

- Influencer commissions

- Paid partnerships and sampling

- Gifting and seeding campaigns

- Retreats, trade shows, and book launch events

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

- Build and nurture relationships with VIP and celebrity influencers.

- Serve as the main liaison for top-tier partners, managing deliverables, custom bundles, and content support.

- Coordinate with internal teams to align product, content, and timing for all collaborations.

EMAIL & CAMPAIGN BRIEFING

- Coordinate 2-4 monthly campaigns with the email copywriter:

- Monthly sample promotions

- Product education & campaign updates

- Affiliate announcements and check-ins

- Track performance and optimize content strategy based on engagement.

SAMPLING CAMPAIGNS & CONTENT COLLECTION

- Lead seeding campaigns through platforms like Skeepers, writing briefs, selecting creators, and overseeing

content submissions.

- Organize UGC, testimonials, and assets with the support of our internal systems team.

PRACTITIONER COMMUNITY SUPPORT

- Support and oversee the Practitioner Sales Rep in managing practitioner outreach, product training, and

onboarding.

- Align sampling and education with promotional campaigns.

FOUNDER PRESENTATIONS & SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES

- Identify and apply for relevant speaking engagements for Dr. Marisol Teijeiro, ND.

- Coordinate logistics and partnerships related to public appearances and interviews.

BOOK LAUNCH EVENTS & HEALTH STORE COLLABORATIONS

- Work with the B2B sales team to plan book launch events in health food stores and wellness boutiques.

- Coordinate sampling, signage, founder appearances (where possible), and co-branded promotional

materials.

EVENT, TRADE SHOW & RETREAT COORDINATION

- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and activate at tradeshows, expos, and retreats.

- Manage partner invites, product logistics, and post-event follow-up and lead nurturing.

GIFTING, GIVEAWAYS & CHARITABLE CAMPAIGNS

- Evaluate and coordinate influencer and practitioner gifting, donations, and giveaways.

- Manage product allocation and ensure campaigns are timed and tracked effectively.

MARKETING, SOCIAL & PR COLLABORATION

- Ensure partner content is aligned and shared across brand channels.

- Collaborate with PR and social teams on podcast appearances, interviews, and launch announcements.

- Maintain organized folders and brand asset libraries for partners.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

- Have 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or community building (CPG,

wellness, or clean beauty preferred)

- Are relationship-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

- Know how to track metrics, manage budgets, and report performance clearly

- Are comfortable representing a brand voice and coordinating with executives

- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving team and care deeply about wellness and beauty that's truly clean

BONUS IF YOU...

- Speak French and/or Spanish

- Have experience with GoAffPro, LoudCrowd, or similar platforms

- Have coordinated book tours, retail activations, or speaking appearances
