What is EPIC Start at Sunwing Vacations Group?

EPIC Start is a structured co-op program aimed at immersing students in enriching work experiences within the Sunwing Vacations Group. This opportunity is designed to not only ignite your career development but also to be a driving force in advancing our industry.
Throughout the duration of your work placement, you will gain valuable exposure to your field of study. You'll engage in close collaboration with department leaders who will serve as mentors, guiding you in the development and honing of the skills and knowledge essential for success in the workplace. All the while, you will be significantly contributing to the work and achievements of your team

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support with day-to-day public relations and influencer marketing assignments
- Create media and influencer travel itineraries and media fact sheets, media kits
- Work with internal stakeholders on corporate partnership opportunities and new influencer partnerships ideas to support ongoing campaigns
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions
- Track and create reports for consumer/trade media and influencers through the clip tracking tool and on social media
- Aid the communications team with coordination and execution of various events, including photoshoots, CSR donations, media visits, influencer events, etc.
- Provide additional communications support to communications/PR team as required

**What You’ll Need**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Must be organized and effectively manage deadlines to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of reporting
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be adaptable and ready to work on multiple projects at a time
- Must be proficient in Office 360, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with Cision or Notified is an asset but not required
- Looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like experience in all areas of PR
- Interest in travel and influencer marketing is an asset
