**The role**

As a Coordinator, Global Compensation & Benefits, you will be responsible for the administration, management and communication of compensation and benefits programs within the organization. Your role will include informing employees about the various HR programs, ensuring program administration, proposing, and improving current processes and much more.

**The responsibilities**
- Act as point of contact for managers and employees for all benefit related inquiries.
- Implement tools and procedures to ensure the integrity of our information and data.
- Coordinate campaigns to promote our new programs/draft communications and improve our tools.
- Work closely with various teams at the insurers and external partners.
- Monitor payments and perform monthly and annual reconciliations.
- Validate data and coordinate various processes related to group insurance, pension plans, absences and leave, etc.
- Coordinate the various annual processes related to total compensation (salary review and bonuses, among others).
- Collaborate in the renewal process for various programs.
- Participate in the improvement and implementation of various HR initiatives.
- As needed, provide support in the following tasks: job postings, welcoming new employees, keeping organization charts up to date, etc.

**The requirements**
- College diploma in Human resources, administration, or office automation. A combination of relevant skills, education and experience may also be considered.
- At least three (3) years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Excellent management of priorities and sense of autonomy.
- Discretion and ability to manage confidential data.
