**The team**:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Campaigns and Demand Generation team, as a Global Campaign Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced campaign managers and international marketing teams, and be at the forefront of global marketing efforts that drive growth.

**What your day will look like**:

- Manage the execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and stakholders are held acountable
- Manage all elements of demand generation programs, including purchase requests, asset creation, vendor and stakeholder coordination
- Work with campaign managers to develop integrated marketing strategies for product and brand campaigns
- Liaise with international marketing teams to ensure alignment between global and regional campaign goals, audiences and schedules
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Marketing Operations to drive the ongoing improvement of campaign management processes, with a focus on reducing time to market
- Develop training materials and documentation to grow Genetec marketing staff’s mastery of campaign strategy, execution and measurement best practices

**About you**:

- 1-3 years marketing and/or campaign project management experience
- Naturally effective project manager: you are extremely detail-oriented, can juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines and proactively work with collaborators to keep campaigns on track.
- Effective communicator within matrixed environment; comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiar with project management tools, Wrike preferred
- Work both independently and with others to achieve results
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar
