Scaffold Administrator, 1 Year Contract

**Reports to**: Hub Manager, Scaffolding Division
**Division**: Scaffolding Division
**Alternate Position Titles**: Scaffold Customer Service, Scaffold Division
Objective
The Scaffold Administrator provides communications and administrative support within the Scaffold Division, fulfilling orders and processing equipment returns to ensure the customer experience runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Accountabilities
- Monitor Scaffold Inbox, responding to internal customers for order scheduling and equipment pickup
- Administration of customer orders, store transfers and equipment returns
- Review damages to equipment & invoice customers
- Assist with scheduling of new orders and transferring products out for contract creation.
- Assist with invoicing of scaffold labour services
- Assist with inventory monitoring to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management computer system
- Order office supplies, restock supply cabinets
- Assist with dispatching driver runs when needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to all Company and Customer Safety Standards.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Working knowledge/understanding of scaffold equipment considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills - ability to deal effectively with customers/suppliers in person and on the phone.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of the English language.
- Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment and Demands
- The job is performed in an office setting, with the occasional need to enter the yard to check inventory
- Occasional exposure to uncomfortable, challenging, or hazardous conditions, such as noise/smells in the shop environment
- Salary job based on 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional requirement to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization. This job has no requirement to be on-call.
- Regular requirement for medium-intensity mental, visual, or aural concentration for such activities as dispatching.
