We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Ajax, ON. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the **Mobile Equipment Operator** is responsible to carry out the various loads of material requiring the use of a loader.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Driving and manoeuvring the loader to load and move vehicles to appropriate areas
- Removing rows of vehicles and ensuring access and maintenance of the yard, for our customers
- Crushing vehicles
- Performing inspections prior to use of all equipment
- Ensuring the maintenance and servicing of the loader and the press
- Marking cars for control and inventory purposes
- Loading crushed vehicles into delivery trucks
- Performing forklift task when necessary
- Helping customers transport heavy parts to their vehicle
- Perform labourer tasks when all the loader tasks are completed (ex: depollution, removing rims from tires, daily support)

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- Ability to drive and operate a heavy vehicle
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate, at all times, safe behaviour in accordance with health and safety standards
- Patient and flexible
- Team player
- Conscientious of its equipment
- Good ability to concentrate
- Ability to adapt to different climate
- Have a valid forklift operator card (asset)
- Loader operator trainings (asset)
