Job Title: Sports Coordinator / Gym Coordinator

Your basic job description is listed below but is not limited to this and can be changed to include ad-hoc activities. You will have to provide a criminal record check and vulnerable sector report upon signing the employment contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a front desk concierge, customer service representative for ICM Sports Complex
- Coordinate with Teams/participants.
- Sign-in/ Sign-out. Access Control
- Schedule verifications (Online Skedda booking)
- Payment verification (Cash, credit card, Skedda payment)
- Sports waiver/indemnity forms
- Customer queries and phone calls
- Ensure the court and facility is clean after each team's play.
- Enforce ICM Sport Complex guidelines including but not limited to dress code, indoor non-marking shoes, trespasser, no food and drink (other than water/sport drink)
- Complete training on gym maintenance guidelines
- Perform best practices for facility usage to avoid frequent maintenance (i.e. cleaning and floor maintenance, nets/sports equipment handling, customer education on proper use of gym facility, AC/Heater usage)
- Able to close facility safely at the end of day (lights, locks, security check, submit sign-off report)
- Able to do routine maintenance independently (i.e. fixing lights, thermostat, and other simple repairs)
- Report on any outstanding gym-related maintenance work requiring outside contractor.
- Maintains logs of issue raised and document solution for training and improvement.
- Log/report any inappropriate activity such as teams or participants misbehavior, scheduling conflicts etc.
- Creating promotional flyers and marketing material

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about sports/physical activity
- Previous experience working in a gym.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other staff membersand players.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Respectful of Islamic values and able to uphold the center’s guidelines.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to handle various situations with maturity.
- Valid Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Report

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
