Mount Joy Sports Dome is one of the region’s premier indoor sports facilities, offering year-round recreation for players of all ages and abilities. With six dedicated pickleball courts, we’re proud to host daily play, leagues, lessons, and special events that support the growing pickleball community.

**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organized **Pickleball Coordinator** to manage our weekday pickleball operations and programs. This role involves overseeing daily court activity, coordinating rentals and drop-ins, providing “Learn to Play” instruction, and assisting with tournaments and special events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily pickleball court operations (rentals, drop-ins, open play).
- Provide excellent customer service to players and facility users.
- Lead and assist with “Learn to Play” pickleball sessions and beginner programs.
- Schedule and promote tournaments, leagues, and special events.
- Maintain court readiness and assist with setup and takedown as needed.
- Support general facility operations and communication with management.
- Occasionally assist with weekend events or tournaments as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of pickleball rules and play (instructor or coaching experience an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience organizing programs or recreational events.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
