Mokka Studio is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated social media/digital advertising specialist to join its team on a part-time basis. We specialize in fashion commerce so this role is suitable for anyone with experience and interest in managing and executing all social media initiatives, content creation, PR, and ads. **Responsibilities and Work** - Manage and execute on all aspects of our social media/advertising initiatives and assist with strategy development - Contribute to the development of KPIs, strategies and customer acquisition campaigns - Developing and executing social media/advertising strategies to reach sales targets, awareness and brand growth using various platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Meta, etc. - Recruit social media influencers, establish relationships and execute campaigns - Contribute to the increase in the conversion rate and sales by implementing the different customer acquisition strategies - Create and maintain organic content/editorial calendars and publish social media content - Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice - Plan and coordinate photoshoots with photographers, models, and agencies we work with - Plan, create, launch and optimize campaigns/ads - Create, analyze and correct texts and "text ads" in order to be constantly A/B testing ad groups - Consistently watch for content that is working and isn't working and adjust strategy - Writing and curating social content that is engaging for today’s digital media audiences - Interact with customers on social media and answer or redirect product related or service related inquires - Perform competitive analysis and reporting - Analyze data and results from social media/advertising strategies; prepare reports and recommend improvements to increase sales - Keeping up-to-date with the latest content marketing strategies and experiment methodology (i.e. conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, etc.) **Qualifications**: - Must be well versed in Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest and other social/advertising platforms - Ability to create and manage engaging on brand content - Experience with Canva, Capcut and other editing software (Photoshop and Premiere) - Mastering the implementation of social ads - Experience managing social media/advertising for a brand or business - Excellent communication and writing skills - The ability to work well independently and as a part of a team - Proactive with a positive outlook and willingness to take initiative - Detail and results oriented and passion for your area of work - Knowledge of SquareSpace and Shopify (an asset) **Job Types**: Freelance, Part-time **Salary**: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3Y7
