In 2014, we established our North American headquarters and opened our first restaurant in North America. Since then, we have built a robust operational network, including a central kitchen and large-scale food processing facility, and now proudly operate more than 25 restaurants across North America.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Social Media Specialist** to join our team. This role focuses on influencer management, data-driven campaign optimization, and supporting creative social media content development to strengthen brand presence in the North American market.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage and expand long-term partnerships with KOLs/KOCs in North America to enhance brand visibility;
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns, providing actionable optimization recommendations;
- Support the development of brand marketing initiatives by leveraging market trends and cultural insights to design creative communication strategies;
- Assist with content production across social media platforms, including photography, videography, editing, and design support.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field;
- Previous experience in brand management, PR, or advertising agencies preferred, with knowledge of brand marketing operations and communication mechanisms;
- Familiarity with the North American influencer ecosystem, with proven collaboration experience and access to relevant resources;
- Strong awareness of market trends, local lifestyle culture, and social media dynamics;
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to manage cross-team and external projects effectively;
- A portfolio or examples of successful influencer collaborations, campaigns, or digital content projects is strongly preferred;
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, or CapCut is a plus;
- Hands-on experience in social media content creation and campaign execution is a plus.
