**Role Overview**:

- The Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Salesforce Health, Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds as part of a large business and clinical transformation initiative at SE Health.
- This position involves collecting feedback from end-users, supporting Tier 1 and 2 service requests, and handling basic administrative tasks.
- SE Health is a people-first company and as a member of our technology portfolio, you help us put people first by designing and supporting their systems solutions.
- With this in mind, you should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user experience as a priority.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in all implementation activities including design workshops, technical architecture workshops, SCRUM ceremonies, testing, training, and roll-out.
- Operate as the first point of contact for Salesforce support tickets.
- Complete new configurations as assigned by Scrum team.
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 user and technical support.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce credentials and platform innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Salesforce Administrator role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Extensive experience with declarative configurations and automation (e.g.: Fields, record type, page layout, lightning page, validation rules, security configurations, lightning flows.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Deep hands-on Experience of security and access controls within Salesforce.
- Understand business needs / requirements and document them in User stories format.
- Managing business stakeholders and providing regular updates.
- Ability to create and manage complex reports and dashboards
- Skilled at time management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills: you’ll be working with both technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver meaningful results.

**Certifications**:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- Platform App Builder Certification (preferred)
- Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- OmniStudio Consultant (preferred)
- Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
