**Job Summary**

Foss National are seeking a qualified **Receptionist/Admin Assistant** to join their experienced, industry-knowledgeable & dedicated team. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly, undertaking a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. This position is a **full-time in-office** role providing support for the Administrative, Accounting as well as some corporate support as required.

**They need your help to keep up with customer demand to improving their success**

**Responsibilities and Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Greeting all visitors; in person and over the phone
- Correspondence with clients
- Managing preliminary data on the CRM system
- Manage electronic filling, data entry and scanning
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum one year experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- SalesForce experience or any other various CRM tracking systems.
- Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work within tight deadlines.
- Bilingual (French) is an asset but not required
