**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging video content that tells the company's story and promotes our products and services.
- Develop a content calendar for social media platforms to ensure consistent and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to improve performance and drive engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to create video content that supports their initiatives.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products and services.

You will also be helping with daily activities around the warehouse.

**Social Media Manager Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in videography, film, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
