Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Content Intern to join our fast-paced makeup studio team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, creativity, and social media — someone who lives and breathes current trends and loves bringing fresh ideas to life.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, community management, and brand communication while helping us showcase the artistry, energy, and everyday behind-the-scenes of a thriving makeup studio. This position combines remote flexibility with occasional in-studio work, depending on the week’s content needs and event schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, client transformations, trend-based videos, etc.) to keep our pages fresh and engaging.
- Stay ahead of beauty and social trends to ensure our content remains current and relevant.
- Help plan, film, and edit content for campaigns, events, and daily studio activities.
- Create visually appealing graphics and visuals for posts, stories, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across multiple social media accounts in a timely and professional manner, maintaining MUAVEE’s tone and brand personality.
- Assist in scheduling and posting content, tracking analytics, and identifying opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Occasionally attend in-studio shoots or client sessions to capture content and assist the team with creative direction.
- Collaborate with the studio owner and artists to align social media content with the brand’s voice, style, and upcoming promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for beauty, makeup, and social media trends.
- Basic experience or strong interest in content creation, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, or TikTok editing tools.
- Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, timing, and storytelling.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills for engaging with the online community.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to both remote and in-studio work depending on project needs.
