Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- As Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the Principal, Director of Operations, Sales and Service Managers, and Digital Team to further develop the company with the ultimate goal of improving profitability, market share objectives, and brand reputation
- Planning, developing and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales for the Sales, Service & parts departments.
- Team collaboration & managing Marketing Department members
- Directing social media strategies, overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
- Strategize, plan and coordinate marketing initiatives, advertising and promotions for the CarHub group and its presence on all channels based on researching and analyzing dealer group practices and the current market and industry trends.
- Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including marketing briefs, guiding creative development and media plans, partnering with channel owners, executing on ops processes to traffic and QA campaigns
- Evaluating performances of marketing campaigns
- Collect information and partner with channels on results, make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and identification of new opportunities
- Troubleshooting marketing campaigns that are not performing well
- Monitoring and improving SEO
- Develop cross-functional and media partnerships to identify new opportunities and drive continuous innovation
- Managing Third-party vendors
- Internal reporting

- Facebook Ad Manager Analytics
- Competitor analysis
- Industry websites, webinars and conferences
- Stay up to date on Google trends
- Collaborate on ad campaign strategy and budgets
- Analyzing customer feedback from social media platforms
- Analyzing advertising returns and reporting to upper management
- Coming up with new ways to promote new products
- Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
- Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaigns
- Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance
- Agile campaign and project manager
**Must have skills**:
Passion for marketing and an interest in the automotive industry
- Experience with budget planning and execution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong ability to be fluid in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive approach and results-driven leader with the ability to analyze and interpret data, summarize findings and clearly show benefits of recommended changes in approach
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years of paid work experience with Google Analytics
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
- Marketing and/or Business degree
- Attention to detail
**Additional skills**:
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets and formulas
- CRM experience
- Presentation skills
