**Who We're Looking For**:
As PR and Content Marketing Specialist at Fintel Connect, your mission is to position Fintel Connect as the authority in growth and marketing technology in the financial services space and drive brand awareness and credibility.

In this high-impact role in our marketing team, you will be executing the content marketing strategy while supporting the PR strategy. You will manage all stages of the content production process from ideation to publication. Your curiosity about the financial industry and marketing innovation will drive your desire to educate others and uncover solutions and ways of thinking that they hadn’t discovered yet.

You’ll work well independently in navigating processes, making your own priorities and driving deadlines, but especially thrive within a dynamic, energetic team that’s just as passionate as you are about how the company is breaking the industry mold. Within a startup environment, you’ll move swiftly and do what you need to create the greatest impact with your work.

This is a maternity leave replacement position for an 8-month period.

**What You'll Get **to** Do**
- Create, produce and review high-quality content that accurately represents Fintel Connect’s brand identity and voice, including but not limited to blogs, editorials, newsletters, press releases, case studies, whitepapers, website copy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and lead proactive and reactive strategic public relations campaigns to raise the profile of Fintel Connect as a digital marketing leader in the financial services industry.
- Execute the content strategy, production and coordination of content to fulfil the content calendar, managed by project management software and team’s internal tracking tools.
- Implement SEO best practices for all website content, including keywords, meta tags, image tags and linking.
- Support communication for production of content with publications and external partners.
- Develop and edit communications materials including press release copy, reactive and proactive statements, user surveys, external surveys, develop and pitch stories, briefing documents, bylines etc. to earn coverage.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related; min 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and effective problem-solving
- A passionate networker and content specialist with the ability to balance high attention to detail with strategic thinking to ensure consistently high-quality content is produced
- Engaging, energetic personality with a natural curiosity and hunger to learn
- Driven and results-oriented, eager to grow your skillsets and your career
- Experience/understanding of working with different marketing channels
- Experience of best practices when writing content for SEO
- Experience/understanding of marketing analytics and measurement
