Service Coordinator

As a member of our company’s management team, the service coordinators work to match clients with appropriate services. You will work with our clients and field technicians to provide quality and accurate service and to ensure we meet customer’s expectations. On a heavy customer service basis, our service coordinator is the initial contact for many of our clients. Having good people skills is necessary. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Supported by the service manager, in order to match clients to the appropriate services, service coordinators first evaluate our clients’ needs. This involve asking questions and understand clients’ problem to match them with services that best suit their needs.

Service coordinators also follow-up with our clients at regular intervals. During those follow-ups, he assess their satisfaction with the services they have been provided.
Service Coordinator Skills

**Salary**: $50,500.00-$60,500.00 per year
