As the world transitions to sustainable transportation solutions, we are leading the charge towards a greener future. We're seeking a passionate individual to help our client drive their marketing efforts and craft compelling strategies to showcase innovative electric vehicles to the world. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist is a day-to-day lead and the main point of contact for marketing for our client.

The MS will provide support on all processes involved in the branding development, and independently lead go-to-market project launches including the creation of all required asset development for campaign execution assets, production, and advertising required for marketing projects. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and meeting aggressive deadlines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and act as the main point of contact on projects, with strategic guidance from the Director of Marketing.
- In collaboration with the client, responsible for the design and development of a new corporate website and its continuous maintenance and updates.
- Manage critical paths and budgets for all projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
- Lead weekly or biweekly client meetings with fulsome account status reports.
- Cultivate existing client relationships and grow them into larger opportunities.
- Manage client expectations and exceed satisfaction by delivering innovative, high-quality work and solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Brainstorm innovative go-to-market ideas with client and recommend new approaches that can help them reach their goals.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving process.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design degree/diploma required
- Strong understanding and experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal are essential
- Exceptional project management skills, self-motivated, and have an outstanding track record working across teams to deliver quality campaigns.
- Strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking and problem-solving
- High attention to detail, creativity and graphic design experience required
- Organized and capable of meeting multiple, concurrent deadlines; work with flexibility to meet short deadlines as necessary and easily adapt to changes in business needs.
- MS Office Suite working knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
