The Duncan Academy is one of the top private high schools in Canada. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time , onsite

Working location: Markham

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms
  • Manage content creation and assist with brand promotion
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support cross-departmental communication to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events or activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication , interpersonal skills, and strong ability to deal with all kinds of issues
  • Hard-working, reliable, and able to work under pressure
  • At least 5 years marketing Experience in enrolling international students and familiar with the international markets
  • Proficient in new media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
