Based at our Hamilton branch and reporting to the National Parts and Purchasing Director, the Warranty Administrator maintains fluidity in the rapid and efficient processing of warranty claims while maintaining healthy relationships with manufacturers, dealers, customers and all other collaborators. The Warranty Administrator is also responsible for managing the equipment fleet status, follow up on audits of dealer units and management of supplier warranty claims. We are looking for a person with a high level of organization and efficiency, in addition to an excellent command of Excel.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Validate warranty coverage;
- Analyze service orders and dealer requests;
- Review every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the applicable policies ;
- Return improperly completed repair orders to the person originating the document or correction and/or completion as necessary;
- Produce and submit warranty claims to suppliers;
- Carry out objections to refusals;
- Manage equipment fleet status;
- Follow up on audits of dealer units;
- Purchasing extended coverage;
- Publish various network news;
- Administrative management of files relating to equipment : creation and addition of warranty, changes of informations, monitoring of recalls campaigns, processing of incident reports, etc.;
- Receipt, classification of parts and returns to manufacturers;
**Requirements and skills**:

- Experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar and/or related position (parts, mechanics);
- Masters the Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Any experience with systems such as: NxTrend, SAP, Prophet 21, AS400, MS Dynamics, Dancik or similar is an asset;
- Bilingual: Fluency in French and English both oral and written;
- Basic knowledge of mechanics an asset;
- Sense of organization, rigor and meticulousness;
- Excellent priority management;
- Concern for customer service.
