Outdoor Travel, one of Ontario’s largest and most successful family-owned RV dealerships, has an exciting opportunity for a Warranty & Parts Administrator to join our growing service and parts team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong clerical or administrative-type skills - analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured routines, data, and paperwork, who can also communicate clearly and assertively with technicians, coworkers, and manufacturers.
This key position is fundamental in ensuring the dealership receives approval and payment for all warranty work performed. It offers competitive wages, growth potential, and a process-driven working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the liaison between customers, the dealership, and manufacturers to provide required information for warranty approval and payment, in ways that build trust and confidence.

- Monitor and resolve outstanding warranty claims through consistent follow-up.
- Order, track, and coordinate the return of warranty parts.
- Facilitate check-in and registration of new RVs from the factory.
- Support other service and parts team members as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Strong computer and data entry skills, with the ability to learn dealership software and manufacturer systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Clear and assertive communication skills to gather detailed information from technicians and appeal warranty coverage decisions.
- Previous experience in office administration, accounting clerical roles, service advising, or parts ordering is valued.
**Additional Information**
- **Anticipated Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Industry Note**: The RV industry is a combination of various trades - automotive and residential home repair. RVs include mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, propane, and appliance components. Warranty and parts processes often involve multiple manufacturers, many located in the U.S., requiring patience and strong coordination.
