We are seeking a versatile and charismatic **Customer Service Coordinator** to provide administrative support to our customer care department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with homeowners ensuring that a professional and positive relationship is always maintained.
- Take ownership of homeowner issues and actively assist in driving a resolution.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions, handle account processing, and organize and store documents.
- Monitor the advancement of construction or the resolution of deficiencies and generate required reports.
- Obtain sign-off on all completed work orders from the trades, servicemen and homeowners.
- Maintain customer care calendars as required.
- Ensuring that the warranty items are addressed in a prompt and professional manner.
- Coordinate all trade and service appointments for our purchasers' 30 Day, 1 Year, and 2 Year reports, as well as other necessary appointments, to ensure timely completion of warranty work within Tarion's specified timelines.
- Follow-up with the homeowner for completion of service requests and other customer care matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Team

Qualifications:

- Tarion Warranty Services experience is a strong asset.
- Knowledge/experience in the low-rise new home construction industry is a strong asset
- Ability to problem solve and conflict resolution capabilities a must
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work.
- Well organized and able to multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled at using Excel and MS Office programs
