Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Coordinator role based in Winnipeg, MB. The Service Coordinator will oversee and manage daily operations, schedule and dispatch service technicians, and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating service appointments, assist with office admin as needed, ensuring effective communication between staff and clients, and maintaining operational records. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely service delivery and exceptional customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proven Customer Service expertise
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in fire safety or mechanical systems is a plus
