Responsibilities:
Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.

Data Management Skills required

Experience with scheduling loads and inventory management

Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.

Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.

Ordering inventory items thru inventory management system

Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.

Proficiency in MS Office

Providing basic bookkeeping services.

**Administrator Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.

At 2 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields.

Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.

An understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required.

Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, specially in Microsoft excel is a must.

Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.

Pay: $17.66-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)
