Bookkeeper

**Bookkeeping / Accounting**
- Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Responsible for daily entry of accounting transactions
- Organize monthly bookkeeping
- Prepare cheques, pay source deductions, HST, WSIB online
- Ability to use QuickBooks
- Reconcile Accounts.
- Invoicing /billing
- Perform AP/AR data input, running cheques and online payments
- Process and review payroll, create paystubs, report and cheque payment for payroll remittance
- Adhere to Month end deadlines
**Skills Required**:
- Fluent in English
- Must have previous experience in management and bookkeeping;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel, in particular), and QB.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good multitask-er
**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
