**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming front desk presence.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services to maintain office functionality.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Supervise office staff and facilitate team collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Maintain an organized office environment by implementing efficient administrative systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to foster positive relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with vendor management and budgeting practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to supervise a team while promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and front desk operations is essential.

Pay: $18.81-$20.00 per hour
