Office Assistance:

- Organize schedules and correspondence, independently follow-up on action items
- Be the Front Line person for greeting clients and answering phone calls
- Ability to preserve confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment regarding sensitive matters
- Determine priorities while dealing with conflicting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate and manage special projects, assignments and other duties as required
- General office duties including filing, client follow ups, phoning clients and appointment bookings.
- General bookkeeping duties, including posting items to various accounting software
- Printing and compiling client report packages

What you will bring to our team:

- Post-secondary education, or a combination of education and work experience
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams)
- Strong Technical aptitude
- Excellent decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service mindset
- Ability to build and manage trusting relationships with all business partners
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal to interact with a wide variety of individuals
- Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and fluctuating workloads, while adhering to strict deadlines
- Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Demonstrated business judgment, flexibility, initiative, creativity with a positive professional attitude and image
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience with various bookkeeping duties an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parry Sound, ON P2A 1T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)
