Administrative Coordinator

**Job Description**:
As an administrative Coordinator, you will perform administrative duties supporting the organization's various fields of activity. They will carry out administrative and operational duties in adherence with specific guidelines and procedures.
**What you’ll do**
- Resolve simple day-to-day issues and carry out assigned tasks.
- Put logístical processes in place enabling the delivery of different activities.
- Respond to employees' inquiries and handle daily requests.
- Perform all administrative duties related to the delivery of the various activities.
- Enter data entry and produce statistical reports.
- Manage physical and electronic documents.
- Invoice internal clients and follow up with the accounting team.
- Perform all other related duties.
**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**
- College diploma (DEC) or an equivalent course of study.
- At least one year's experience in coordination or another relevant field.
- Customer-oriented
- Able to manage several projects at once
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels
- Has a sense of urgency
- Works independently and is resourceful
- Bilingual in French and English
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of the video game industry is an asset
