Human Resources Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
- Support training development initiatives by organizing training sessions and tracking employee progress.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping using systems such as SAP, Dayforce, Oracle, UltiPro, or Kronos.
- Collaborate with management to address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies to ensure a fair and equitable workplace.
- Participate in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Human Resources Management software is highly desirable.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with workforce management tools like Kronos is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
