**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically iCIMS, to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee inquiries and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR management to implement talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize Kronos for timekeeping and attendance tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using ATS platforms for recruiting purposes.
- Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
- 1-2 year's experience required in staffing & recruitment company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes.
- Knowledge of employee relations best practices and HR sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
