**Role Overview**:

- As the Events & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns and events to promote our brand and engage our target audience. The main responsibilities will include supporting the development and management of marketing events campaigns both online and offline, supporting and helping to develop creative materials for marketing campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of those campaigns, and supporting and helping to develop marketing content. This role requires creative thinking with excelled organizational and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing strategies and event planning.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Support, plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, VIP Dinners, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Assist with the planning and development of our annual innovation conference, Frontier.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance the success of events and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and support for marketing and event activities.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of marketing or related experience
- Innovation mindset

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn new technologies or strategies quickly
