In this role, you will plan, lead, and execute various events & sponsorships. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, starting in June 2025. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute professional virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings and events (sponsorships, charitable, and industry business events) Support event strategy, purpose, outreach in line with strategic plans Manage logistical aspects of events (venue and vendor sourcing, budgeting, project management, registration management, and reporting) Support tying events to business development and reporting Attend events and meetings as the face of the organization Coordinate with Marketing Department on materials, creative, invitations, or emails required Key Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment Must be available and committed to the full duration of the 6-month contract Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (certificate in event management and/or CMP designation is an asset) Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) CRM and/or ERM experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Sound like you?
