With over 15 years of experience and 1,250+ clients served, CRM Forge is dedicated to helping businesses optimize their CRM systems, enhance customer relationships, and drive success. We are looking to fill the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Consultant.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Responsibilities**:
- Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC.
- Collaborate directly with clients, necessitating strong client interaction skills.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Preferably, hold Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
- Skilled in building and executing complex marketing automation journeys using Journey Builder.
- Experience in data segmentation, targeting, and personalization using Ampscript and SQL.
- Background in integrating SFMC with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and complete tasks based on briefs without close supervision.
- Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
- SQL and Amp Script knowledge is a plus
