**About The MindShift Academy**

**The MindShift Academy** is a **trailblazing startup** day program based in Etobicoke, Ontario, built for neurodiverse young adults and individuals with developmental disabilities who deserve more than the status quo. We are challenging outdated models of care by creating a space that is focused on ability, not limitations, one that prepares our members for life beyond the program, with skills that are relevant, real, and rooted in the world they live in.

We are not a daycare, and this is not just a place to pass the time. At The MindShift Academy, we are creating something different a space where members are seen, heard, and actively supported to navigate and participate in a world that too often leaves them out. Our focus is on building meaningful life skills, practical job-readiness, independent living capabilities, and genuine social belonging.
