Bookkeeper/office Reception

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed.
- Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and payment processing.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage for financial record keeping.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks as required.
- Support payroll processing and assist with budgeting activities when necessary.
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting practices is a plus.
