**About Us**
Freebird is a one-of-a-kind market concept featuring a full bakery, pastry department, fresh pasta, soups, sauces, braised meats, and ready-to-enjoy meals — all made in-house from our sun-filled, 8,000 sq. ft. commissary kitchen. We also proudly offer a curated selection of Italian wines, amari, vermouths, and premium olive oils.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver exceptional service with a focus on guest education about our Italian products
- Assist guests in selecting wines, specialty foods, and olive oils to complement their purchases
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages (barista experience preferred)
- Support day-to-day front-of-house operations, including merchandising and restocking
- Maintain an inviting, organized, and clean retail space

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and olive oil (required)
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Experience in hospitality, food retail, or wine service
- Coffee/barista experience is a plus
- Warm, engaging personality with a genuine love for food and people
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
