**Trillium Architectural Products** is a leader in the door and hardware industry. We work with architects, designers and contractors to create and build beautiful, functional spaces.

Our Service Department is seeking a bright, organized individual to join our team as an **Administrative Assistant**. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering our main service telephone line
- Assisting with invoicing, data entry and payment processing
- Coordinating and scheduling of installations
- Providing general office support

**Qualifications**:
You will have:

- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and other Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

**Compensation**:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience
