**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
- Oversee project management for new initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee initiatives effectively.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client interactions and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
