Operations Manager

**Job Title: Operations Manager** **Reports to: Director of Engineering & Operations** **Job Role/Summary**: Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, receiving/shipping, warehouse and other plant related activities. Formulates plan and directs those departments responsible for planning, manufacture and shipment of products. Drive lean to deliver continuous performance improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity that meets corporate objectives.
